This is where broken hearts can find a little solace. A break up, divorce, or simply being rejected are never easy things to endure. I myself am all too familiar with the devastation of a heart that has been hurt. With all of my experiences I hope that I can help to relieve at least a bit of the pain, put a few things in there proper perspective, and get you started on the road to healing your heart and forgetting about your ex (or at least get you to the point that you don’t want to hurt them, wink wink). When our heart is hurting we feel so many emotions from anger to rage to self pity and even worse, inadequacy. Some people can feel all of these emotions at the same time usually at the time of the break up. Others can take a while for it all to set in. Either way, below you can find many things to help you with the healing process. Although your heart may be breaking, it doesn’t mean you’re alone.
